My computer has been experiencing hardware problems after a storm recently in my area. Both the motherboard and CPU failed, so I replaced them both. When they were first broken, opening my PC caused me to be locked out. After the repair, I can open it and run some games, but they often freeze or display strange visual glitches—especially with lighter titles like VALORANT. Games such as Call of Duty won’t let me play at all and crash immediately when loading a map. I’ve attached a video showing what the issue looks like during gameplay. It might have been the graphics card that caused the issue. I experienced similar problems with a GTX 480, showing strange lines and purple hues across the screen. It wasn’t functioning properly. What CPU are you using?
