Issue with XMP settings on the ASUS TUF B660 Vengeance 3600mhz after applying a popular fix.
I'm really stuck and just created an account to ask for assistance. I recently replaced all my components on my PC and tried using xmp, but many users have pointed out problems with RAM support in the 13th generation version. I followed the instructions to update IntelME, but it didn't fix anything. The boot screen shows the latest version, yet when I enable XMP it just restarts Windows and fails to find a solution. Eventually, it locks me into the boot screen and only works when XMP is turned off, so I'm forced to use 2133MHz temporarily. If anyone has faced a similar issue where the fix didn't work, any advice would be greatly appreciated. (Note: I also checked my BIOS version and ran a full CPU benchmark; it seems the problem isn't CPU-related.) I reinstalled Windows recently. Edited March 11, 2023 by Kyle Sofia Added extra info
