I own an Xbox One controller (model no: 1914) that I use with a PC (Windows 11). It functions properly when connected via USB, but my PC cannot detect it wirelessly. Other Bluetooth devices are already connected, and the controller appears to be discoverable on my partner's MacBook. I have tried installing the Xbox accessories app and updating the Bluetooth drivers. Are there any further details you could provide?

Hi there,
I faced comparable problems with my own controller and ended up receiving the Windows Xbox Controller dongle. Bluetooth seems a bit unreliable.

Right now, my XB1S controller is running through an Intel Bluetooth adapter without any issues. Previously, I also tried an ASUS BT adapter which performed very well. Eventually, I discarded the dongle because it kept refusing to connect.
