Hey there! I appreciate you sharing your experience with the Wireless controller. It sounds like you're really into games like Division and Batman Arkham Knight. The issue you're facing—where it keeps turning off during Arkham Knight—isn't uncommon. Sometimes the RB button can interfere, but it might also depend on other settings or hardware quirks. Have you tried resetting the controller or checking for software updates? Let me know if you want more tips!

It could be puzzling why your batteries fail in one game and not another. It might just be a random coincidence, but it’s worth checking. Regarding the controller issue, a sudden power loss during certain actions could indeed cause the battery pack to shift or detach. Hope this gives you some clarity.

Thanks for the update. It seems to be a fresh batch of batteries now. I encountered issues in Arkham Knight, but once I switched to Division there were no problems at all. The battery pack stays securely in place even when I hold it firmly with one finger, so that wasn’t the main cause.

It's really unusual. That means I don't have any ideas right now. Thanks for your patience. I hope you come up with a fix.

This occurs with me also; I installed the previous drivers for the receiver, and it resolved the problem for me.
