Issue with Windows software or system.
When I click the right mouse button on a folder on my Windows desktop, it briefly freezes, shows a white flash, and then returns quickly. This is frustrating since it blocks me from deleting or renaming files in that folder. I just purchased the computer and am using Windows 8.1 Pro. The issue disappeared after a restart, but I’m curious about the cause.
