Issue with Windows restarting.
I'm using Windows 10 64-bit with the latest updates installed. Hibernation is turned off. When working with multiple tabs in Chrome, PDF reader, and a Word document, restarting the PC without closing any applications causes all previous windows to open automatically. This behavior keeps happening even after trying a fresh installation this evening. The issue still isn't resolved.
