Is anyone else facing issues with the Windows Media Creation tool? It reaches 68% before resetting back to zero. I've tested it on various PCs and connections. Someone with a fresh Windows 10 ISO would really help out.

You can trick the MS site to save a pure ISO file. All you require is a browser extension indicating you're using a non-Windows machine.
