I've noticed some unusual behavior on your system. When dragging between screens, the movement feels inconsistent and choppy, even without active dragging. Watching videos also causes similar issues despite high frame rates being reported. Playing games leads to noticeable screen stutter, though VSync doesn't help. Your hardware appears powerful—your GPU and motherboard are both overclocked. It seems the problem might be related to how Windows handles input or display settings. Have you tried adjusting display settings, checking for driver updates, or testing with a different monitor?

I'm using a monitor, but it seems like there might be an issue with the connection or availability.

Typically, paging indicates insufficient RAM.

That's what I thought too. It usually indicates insufficient RAM. What's your current amount?

Only 8GB of memory available, with less than half in use.

It might be related to a driver problem with the 780.

I don't know man. I just tried it again and it's working fine right now. No stuttering when I move a window accross, but it'll probably come back in a while.

Perform a memory test. It’s possible the RAM is faulty—about 15% of cases could point to a bad driver or insufficient GPU power.

I've changed drivers several times, so it might not be the issue. I recently bought an RM1000 PSU at a low cost, and before that I had a CX500. The problems were also there with my CX500, which means it’s probably not the PSU. I’ll run a memtest to check for memory issues.
