Hi, I'm facing a problem with my Acer laptop using Windows 11. The keyboard behaves oddly, making it hard to use. I think pressing the Windows key is always active, whether it's on the built-in keyboard, an external one, or the on-screen keyboard. When I press "E," it feels like I'm pressing "Win" followed by "E." I've checked that sticky keys are off and the key isn't physically pressed, but nothing seems to fix it. My searches on Google all suggest disabling sticky keys. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

The laptop appears to have a driver or firmware problem, which may require an RMA.
