You've recently upgraded your motherboard and enabled Windows Activation, using both Windows 10 Home and Pro. You're encountering errors 0x803FA067 and 0xc004f050. Someone with experience might know how to resolve this issue.

It appears to be a Windows OEM problem. If your key is connected to your Microsoft account, you can 'deactivate' the old machine and the key should function on the new one.

Additionally, Windows likely detected the new motherboard and marked your key as invalid due to the change. However, I mentioned that contacting Microsoft support would be the most effective solution.

Reach out to Kinguin support for assistance—they’re very helpful, regardless of whether you purchase the protection plan.

Uncertain about the contact issue with MS. I've faced similar problems before when upgrading components—then they would disconnect the PC, modify registry keys, and issue a new license after the previous one became unresponsive.

It's likely your key is single activation only and needs additional steps. Kinguins or the seller could be better choices. Microsoft can assist if they identify it as a volume pack or enterprise activation. Support for these cases should go through the company's tech support.
