I'm on Windows 7 and I can't connect to the internet. It prompts me with network drive disconnected. Seeing this I tried to remap my network drive and after doing this I still have no connection. My Ethernet is plugged in to my router and pc and the router is function as my phone is connected to the internet. Is my drive mapped wrong or is there a different problem now that the drive is mapped.

The network drive isn't related to the internet. However, if you can reach the drive but not the internet, it suggests your network connection is functioning. Could there have been an issue with the IP, gateway, or DNS settings? Have you tried disabling and re-enabling it?

I've rebooted the PC and router, changed the Ethernet cables, disabled IPv6, and ensured GetIt and DNS for IPv4 are active. Still no results.

I've also added DNS and DNS reset using the command prompt, and I've connected a WiFi adapter to my PC, but it's still not working.
