I'm facing a system interrupts problem where performance feels very slow despite normal readings. I've updated drivers and reinstalled Windows, which helped for a short time. Updating BIOS caused errors instead of fixing things. It's confusing—I don't know what steps to take next.

It appears due to outdated or faulty device drivers and issues with certain devices like USB ports or installed peripherals. Remove all non-essential components such as CPU, GPU, motherboard, CPU fan, and storage drives (HDD/SSD). Reinstall them individually one by one and observe if problems persist. If the issue continues even after removing everything, suspect storage media or GPU malfunction. Corrupted drivers can disrupt system function, so failing hardware may be responsible. Updating drivers won't fix this if the problem stems from physical components. Physically disconnect the device from your setup is necessary.
