This is kind of difficult to explain. It doesn't do this right after startup, but some time after. When right clicking, instead of showing the white menu with all of your options, it shows an outline of where the menu would be and anything inside that outline is transparent. This also applies to clicking to save in word/snipping tool, the outline is there but it is a transparent box with an outline only. Also, some programs like steam have freezing issues. Steam itself isn't actually frozen, just visually it appears to be. If I type "hello" into steam and then hit enter, it won't appear like I had every typed anything, but it does go through. If I minimize the window and then bring it back up, it updates to show that I sent the message. I'm sorry I can't think of better ways to explain this. Has anyone else had this problem? I should note that this is a Windows 10 install on top of an old Windows 8.1 install. I'm saving up for an Intel 750 drive so I don't plan on wiping my current stuff clean before that.

Make sure your display drivers are current; outdated versions might cause issues.

You removed and reinstalled your video driver, but the problem persists.
