Hey, you recently upgraded your hardware (CPU, RAM, storage) and performed a full Windows reinstall along with driver updates. Everything functioned smoothly until the latest Windows update triggered hardware acceleration issues. Some applications become blurry or flicker, making it hard to watch YouTube videos on Brave unless you turn off hardware acceleration—then performance suffers on your R5 7600X. When playing Rocket League, your game crashed after 30 seconds with no error, and it failed again when you tried another match. Adjusting GPU settings or Windows tweaks hasn’t helped. You also attempted to roll back the recent update without success. Now you’re unsure what to do next besides reinstalling Windows?

Verify your screen scaling is around 125%. Inspect the HDMI and display port cables at both ends. Try reinstalling GPU drivers using DDU and also check the standard monitor driver in Device Manager.

Showing scaling at 125% works fine. The cables are also okay—tested them on another monitor and PC. After doing a DDU and reinstalling the GPU drivers, everything fixed. It seems the Windows update was the problem.
