Which antivirus programs are currently in use? Try turning off the "potentially unwanted app blocking" feature.

But I think the folder name might be different.
First, you mentioned the folder name is 5319275A.WhatsAppDesktop_.
Then it changed to 5319275A.WhatsAppDesktop_2.2586.6.0_x64__cv1g1gvanyjgm and later to 5319275A.WhatsAppDesktop_2.2587.8.0_x64__cv1g1gvanyjgm.
Those are distinct names.
Locate the right one.
Did you reach the correct folder? It should display the proper WhatsApp folder name.
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\

You are correct. I have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled WhatsApp, including another version 20 minutes ago. I made sure to get the right one and received:
C:\Windows\system32>takeown /f "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\5319275A.WhatsAppDesktop_2.2587.8.0_x64__cv1g1gvanyjgm /r
ERROR: File or Directory not found.
How can that be, when I went to the folder and copied and pasted the name directly?
Even after resetting and the program is working, it still can't locate it.

If a screenshot isn't possible, I won't be able to identify the issue. Ownership should be handled through the graphical interface. Please note that users without administrator rights won't be able to claim ownership.

Fixed the issue by using the command in the correct location. I followed the initial guidance and attempted to change ownership with the specified path. After that, I tried modifying the permissions with icacls, which reset the file properties. It resolved the problem, though a new error appeared later.
