The gray boxes are most visible in the final two screenshots. They tend to appear particularly on highway roads.

They aren't as obvious in these screenshots because they often appear only when driving during the day. They usually look similar, and seeing them can be really disturbing. Any ideas?

I might experiment with your formatting options and if Mfaa is active, try disabling it.
