Check if the resolution and frequency are accurate. Ensure overdrive is not enabled. See if you can restore the monitor's default settings.

you can locate overdrive configurations in the audio settings menu. resolution and frequency remain accurate, with dimensions at 3440 x 1440 and a stable 174.96 hz.
