Hello, I built a PC a few days ago using a ROG Strix Z790-E motherboard. I connected a Corsair Virtuous Headset USB receiver through one of the rear USB ports to the motherboard. Initially, static noise appeared when using wireless mode. After a few minutes, the noise stopped and a red flashing signal appeared on the receiver. When I reconnected it, the USB 3.2 Gen1 port stopped working entirely. Trying to connect the keyboard and mouse to that same port also failed. Only one of the other USB inputs functioned properly. Is there a solution or did the device burn out?
