When attempting to link my ugreeen powerbank (100w 20V/5A) to the USB-C charging port of my 140w charger, the keyboard illumination behaves similarly to a regular charger (230w), yet the battery fails to charge. I haven't experimented with other adapters since I've learned the minimum requirement is 65w, and I don't wish to damage my motherboard. The exact model is LOQ 15IRH8 MP2FBW3R.

Which wire are you employing? The included cable is designed for 22 watts, not 100 watts.

Officially it doesn't clearly mention the cable's capabilities, but from the appearance it seems too thin to handle 100W.

I received another cable from uGreen, which is known for being reliable and affordable, rated at 100W. However, nothing has changed—now the keyboard won’t even turn on. Are there any other ideas you’d like to explore?
