usb 3.0 hubs aren't compatible with windows 10. My device keeps crashing in the device manager, drivers are okay but it always resets. It's a really unreliable gadget. Disabling or uninstalling doesn't help. Sometimes turning it off and unplugging it works, but it fails again later. Extremely frustrating!

You're not sure if Windows is the issue, given your corrections. Could the hub be the problem?

Great photos. Have you connected it to another computer to verify the same issues? If so, the hub is likely the issue. A new device doesn’t always mean it’s perfect. I’ve experienced this before—buying something and having it fail once it arrives. Try plugging it into a different machine to see if the problem persists.
