I agree with your perspective but overclocking remains unpredictable. It usually functions well most of the time, though if it fails, you're essentially on your own with the manufacturer. If you're considering an upgrade, I recommend a budget-friendly AM4 motherboard and CPU combo. You can pair it with your new RAM and other peripherals. Good luck!
