Hi everyone, could you assist me in fixing this issue? I’m experiencing texture flickering in various games, especially Call of Duty. The problem includes blurry trees, buildings, and stuttering textures that appear and disappear repeatedly.

I’ve tried many solutions: checked my GPU, reinstalled thermal pads, looked for SSD errors, and even swapped to a different SSD (a good Samsung EVO 860 with no issues). My system specs are decent—Gigabyte Aorus Z790 Elite DDR4, 8x4 DDR4 Hyper X dual channel. I have an i5-13600k nearly new with M/B, and an RTX 3070 Ti MSI. I set everything to default BIOS settings after a fresh Windows 10 Home install. Despite all these adjustments, the flickering persists.

I suspect it might be related to the thermal paste I use, as liquid metal can conduct electricity and cause issues. I’ve replaced it with a standard paste and tested without overclocking the GPU or changing BIOS settings. However, I still face problems when using Windows for tasks like watching videos or browsing the web.

I also checked my PSU, which is nearly new (Kcas 800W Bronze), but I’m not sure if that’s the cause. It’s possible the GPU itself might be faulty. Adding two video cards helped highlight the blurry and flickering textures in games. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You notice blurry trees with flickering and the buildings too. I attempted to switch GPUs, but the issue persists across different ones, indicating it's not a GPU-related problem.

Sorry, it seems this texture is experiencing stuttering now, which isn't a hardware issue.
