There seems to be an issue with your keyboard when playing multiplayer on the AhoyWorld servers. It appears to be unresponsive, even though your mouse works fine. When you close Arma 3, the keyboard doesn't function until you reconnect it and wait a short time. This is unusual and hasn't happened before.
