Hi everyone, I'm facing an issue with my Surface laptop studio that has two Thunderbolt 4 ports. The second one isn't working. It's been happening before, and the first fix was uninstalling the device in Device Manager, but this time it didn't help. The connected devices aren't receiving power or communicating with the laptop (like controllers, headsets), and it doesn't charge either. I've updated everything in Windows Update and the Surface app. Here are the specs: CPU - Intel Core i7-11370H, GPU - Nvidia 3050Ti, RAM - 16GB, OS - Windows 11 Pro on 23H2, BIOS version 23.200.143. Updated February 28, 2024 by Sinaan. Missing info.
