n0ns3ns3 :
I can't see any gap between the adapter and the pump.
Just do a small test: leave only one other port open. seal the attached adapter with a finger and simply blow air into the open port. you will fill if it's really lose.
From what I can tell from images, it should work just fine.
But there is a gap, the O ring does not touch the base of the outlet, my 10mm thermaltake extender (recomended by some dude online) will arrive next week and then hopefully that one seals it, ill post what heappens, so if anyone has same problem as me, they find help.

It seems the connections on the fitting could be more challenging than those on the pump. I recall testing the Enermax NEOChanger earlier this spring and noticing problems with older G1/4 fittings that had longer threads, though it worked with newer barbs. Could there be a similar concern?

It seems the threads on the fitting could be deeper than those on the pump. I recall testing the Enermax NEOChanger pump this spring and noticed problems with older G1/4 fittings due to longer threads, but it worked with newer barbs. Could be a similar situation here? The adapter is expected next week, possibly on Monday. I hope it arrives with the thermaltake fittings or at least the 10mm extender, which should have smaller threading. I’d rather not send it back to the UK (from Portugal) because of the time and cost. It would be terrible.

OK guys, the thermaltake 10mm extender fits the pump outlet just right. I’m not sure why other fittings don’t work either—maybe it’s not a standard G1/4 outlet... But the issue is solved, thank goodness! I didn’t want to send it back to the UK, wasting money and time.

I don't believe it's about the G1/4 because other connections work well with the adapter. In my opinion, the issue lies with the port on the pump, its design or depth.

Well, it looks like the PR22-D5 Plus outlet isn't the standard G1/4 size. Only their 10mm extender fits there, while the others don't. So, for anyone needing it, the best option is to get a 10mm extender. It's only about 11€, but you'll need that extra piece. The rest is still great.

I believe it's best to avoid non-standard parts - PR22-D5.
