The volume mixer resets to maximum every time you launch Counter Strike GO or restart your PC. Accepting volumes too loud in CS:GO isn’t possible within the game, so you’ll need a workaround. There’s no built-in command in CS:GO or Command Prompt to lock the volume, but you can use system settings or third-party tools to adjust it manually.

Yes, an Autoexec file might include commands to adjust the volume.
