CPU model: Ryzen 5 3600, RAM: 16GB, Corsair Vengance RGB Pro DDR4, GPU: Gigabyte 1080 Windforce, PSU: Corsair SF600, Storage: Samsung 970 EVO 2TB, Mobo: MSI B550 Gaming Plus, Case: Lian Li O11D Mini. I've tried numerous troubleshooting steps—cleared CMOS, flashed BIOS, inspected for shorts, removed drives, booted from BIOS, swapped cards (1660ti), and even used a different PCIe slot on another PC. The GPU works fine on the second slot but not on the first. It seems the issue might be with the first PCIe slot, possibly the CPU. Any suggestions? Thanks!
