Issue with the SPSSVCS program
I've been playing Forza Horizon 1 on Xenia (xb360 emulator) and my CPU usage spikes to 100 suddenly. I think it's something related to the service, but it reappears after a few minutes. I tried closing it in Services.msc, but it comes back. What should I do?
This appears to be an effective method for beginning the troubleshooting process.
