I noticed that Playstation controllers often appear to charge when the PC is running, but they seem to discharge when the PC is off. The one I left plugged in on my desktop stays flat. I tried disabling "USB power when in standby" to check if that would make a difference.

I'm charging while the PC is running, though it's charging slowly. I'll have to accept that for now—it's better than nothing. Appreciate your help!
