the msi z690-a is powered by an i7-13700k, paired with ddr4 3600mhz viper ram, evga rtx 3080, a 200mm air cooler, and an 850 watt 80 plus gold psu. I recently upgraded the cpu and motherboard to improve my system, but when booting up the dram light flashes once and the cpu stays red while the screen remains black. I've tried several fixes: resetting cmos by removing the battery for five minutes multiple times, flashing bios via usb with updated bios, booting with just cpu, cpu cooler, and one ram stick repeatedly, re-resolving the cpu, re-socketing it five times, using all possible configurations during startup, and checking for bent pins. I'm really stuck and feel frustrated. Please help, i need advice urgently. 20230225_165844.mp4
