I am using a Dell AIO PC running Windows 11 home and installing Anytime Organizer 16. The software frequently loses the license number and now shows an error about exceeding activation limits, even though it is only on one machine. It won’t open without the license. I reached out to the software provider but haven’t received a response. Do you think this could be causing the problem?

Did you buy Anytime Organizer 16 straight from Individual Software, or did you get it from an online seller?

It was bought from Individual Software on a disk. They provided a new license number over the phone a few months ago, but it still seems to be lost. I am assisting an 85-year-old who uses his PC for a year. The software was installed with antivirus turned off, as instructed.

It seems like you're considering reaching out to their technical support again. There hasn't been any mention of Windows removing software licenses. Technical Support | Individual Software provides free assistance for all their products. Fill out the form here for a prompt reply. www.individualsoftware.com

There are programs that demand the antivirus be disabled, which immediately signals serious concerns to me.
