I encountered an issue with my Lexmark CS310 laser printer. It consistently prints colored dots on every page. Initially, I assumed a cleaning was necessary, but that didn’t resolve the problem. The positioning of the dots varies. I also updated the printer’s firmware and the PC driver, yet the issue persists. When I tested it on another computer, the same problem occurred.
