Hey everyone, I just finished assembling a new build. I’ve been using a ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming Wi-Fi board, a Ryzen 5 7600X processor, and a Corsair 800W power supply. After putting everything together, it didn’t boot at all—no POST sounds or any screen output. I removed the graphics card and one RAM stick, checked all cables, but nothing changed. There’s an orange LED that usually indicates a hardware problem. For storage, I have two SATA SSDs and a brand-new NVMe drive, which my wife used before without issues. Regarding power connections, the motherboard has both 8-pin (4x2) and 4-pin (2x2) slots at the top. My Corsair PSU only had 4x2 connectors, so I connected one to the 8-pin slot, thinking it matched the manual’s suggestion of using either 4x2 or 4x2 + 2x2. Now I’m trying to figure out what went wrong. Someone could help me troubleshoot this!
