I purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad 5CB around a year ago from Currys PC World (refurbished, not new). It’s been acting up lately, repeatedly crashing and shutting down. I’ve heard it might be related to the battery, but I’m not sure. I was mainly using it for schoolwork.

The battery is simple to take out. I've already performed a factory reset, and it worked well so far. I'll check again to see if the results hold.
