Hi
I am using W11 and twice in the last 3 weeks i have had this screen when booting. Background color is correct and i can see movement when i move my mouse around, but can't actually make out what i'm clicking on. Only way to fix is power off and reboot and then back to normal. Any idea what causes this? I've included pic of my specs also. Thanks

I've attached a picture of my specs as well.

Include the PSU's age along with its make and model. Also, mention the current BIOS version for your motherboard.
