Issue with the Google Chrome homepage?
Hi. I'm experiencing issues with setting the home page in Google Chrome. It's currently pointing to google.co.uk, but when I click the house button it displays a different page. Hovering over the house shows "Open the home page," yet it doesn't appear to be Chrome. Confused about what's happening.
I have it configured for google.co.uk but clicking the house button redirects to another page. Can you check extensions in Chrome (more tools > extensions/) and look for any widgets that might be changing your settings? Often malware or unnecessary software leads to unexpected destinations.
I handled it. The Google Chrome has two home pages. If you see appearances, there is the show/hide button. There are other home page settings. What a silly idea.
