I recently purchased a new prebuilt PC (Acer Nitro 50, Model Number: N50-656-EB16). I've noticed a ticking sound when it's powered off but still plugged in. The system starts up normally and seems to function properly. Should I worry about this noise?

I've completed what was requested. The computer is connected yet turned off. I used a rolled-up sheet of paper and identified that the ticking sound is coming from the power supply unit.

I've also noticed the ticking seems to disappear once the computer is actually powered on/boot up.
There seems to be an issue with audio output. Please try to determine the model and make of the power supply unit. It might be possible to inspect it by turning it off, unplugging it, and opening the case. Where did the prebuilt PC originally come from? If the PSU is defective, can the PC be returned?
