I purchased a new Vega 64 at a discount for 409 USD AR. After installing the update 18.7.1, my character speed improved beyond expected levels. Have others experienced similar changes?

Sure, I'll try the drivers tonight and check the results. If it doesn't help, I'll install a 290x and see if that resolves the issue.
