I saw a discussion about this earlier and just changed my internet provider to Telus Pure Fiber. It looks like it’s sending me to the wrong server I need—Oregon’s us.west-2—but instead I’m getting to us.west-1 in California or eu.west-2 in Ireland. The high ping times are really affecting performance. Anyone have a solution besides switching ISPs?

No, I can't modify servers in-game.

Yes, you have options based on your location, such as NA-West, NA-East, or EU. You can't directly pick the server you wish to connect with. My issue is connecting to the wrong server for my region. I mentioned a previous thread that might help clarify the problem. Also, I've tried the advice given there but haven't succeeded.
