I’m facing the same issue with another system – often after shutdowns, my PC fails to boot. This happens more frequently than expected, especially during power interruptions caused by scheduled outages in my area. When it does manage to start, everything functions normally; games and work operate without issues. However, nine times out of ten I’m stuck again, with no clear solution. My motherboard’s CPU indicator lights up, the fans spin up briefly before shutting down instantly. I’ve checked temperatures during gaming and work, but nothing stands out as abnormal. I’ve performed several troubleshooting steps: reinserting RAM, cleaning the CPU, applying fresh thermal paste, reseating all power cables, and even trying a single RAM stick or testing every PCI slot. Removing and re-seating the GPU helped in some cases, but only if I restart after about 30 minutes to an hour. Once it boots, I can manage power settings freely. If the power supply fails, it only lasts around 30 minutes at full capacity, which isn’t reliable for extended outages. I’m seeking advice from others who might have encountered similar problems.
