Issue with stuttering and 99% frame rate in games
Hi, I just purchased a new PC with these specifications:
- i9 13900kf
- 4070ti
- DDR5 @5600mhz
- z690-a motherboard
- 850watt gold certified power supply
- 240mm AIO cooling unit for the CPU
- 2TB NVMe SSD (single drive)
The game performance is excellent, often reaching around 1000fps, but it stutters and freezes when I cap my frame rate at 240. Recently, 99% FPS dropped to 80 and the game would freeze briefly.
I've reinstalled the graphics card drivers several times without success. Anyone have any advice?
(I'm not very comfortable with software.)
850watt gold certified psu is the advertised power output, while gold signifies its 80+ efficiency rating. What is the model and make of the unit?
The 850W rating is the claimed performance, whereas the gold certification indicates its energy efficiency. Which product are you referring to?
