Issue with strange game physics and display problems. Need assistance!
I’m uncertain about the issue but it appears to be related to graphics or physics engine. It occurs in PES 2021, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Outer Wilds, Unturned, Raft... Possibly other titles too.
Here are my specifications:
OS: Win 10 Home 64-bit
CPU: AMD Ryzen 2700X
RAM: HyperX Predator 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz
GPU: Gigabyte AORUS Geforce RTX 3060 ti Master 8G
MB: Gigabyte X470 AORUS Ultra Gaming
SSD: WD Black 500GB High-Performance NVMe PCIe Internal SSD - M.2 2280
PSU: Antec HCG 750 Gold
I previously played Wildlands two years ago and Odyssey a year ago without issues, using AMD Radeon RX590.
Recently, most Ubisoft games and those built with Unity engine stopped working properly. I assumed the problem was GPU-related, so I upgraded to a new RTX 3060 ti, avoiding AMD Radeon. But it didn’t fix the issue.
I’ve tried the following:
- Updated OS to latest version (Windows 10 20H2)
- Reinstalled updated GeForce display driver
- Reinstalled programs such as VCRedist and an older DirectX version from Ghost Recon Wildlands support folder
In my NVIDIA control panel, CPU isn’t overclocked (CPU-Z), GPU isn’t overclocked (GPU-Z), system temp is normal (Hwmonitor), BIOS is up to date, and I’ve tested the games multiple times.
Here are some recordings from several titles:

It seems the problem isn’t present in games using Unreal Engine 4, such as Squad, Astroneer, and Medieval Dynasty. Would anyone recommend a solution?
In the end, I purchase a new CPU 3700X and everything functions properly now. I'm not sure what's causing the issue, but it seems to be related to the CPU.
