I recently purchased a new PC case and CPU cooler, along with all my components, into the new case together with the cooler. After that, my PC wasn't booting every morning when I turned it on.

I attempted several fixes:
- Reconnected the front panel connectors – no improvement.
- Used a screwdriver to connect the power switch header pins – no success.
- Unplugged and replugged (same power cord, same outlet) – mostly worked.
- Unplugged and replugged (different power cord, same outlet) – mostly successful.
- Unplugged and replugged (different cord and outlet) – only tried when the same outlet failed, then it worked.

Although I suspect the issue might be related to the PC case or CPU cooler, it only occurred after I moved everything into the new case.

Here’s my build:
CPU: 13600KF
GPU: Gigabyte 4070Ti
Mobo: ROG B760-A
RAM: Teamgroup 3600 16gx4
Case: MSI MPG GUNGNIR 110R White
Cooler: Deepcool AS500 Plus
PSU: ROG Thor 850 Platinum

Anyone have any ideas about what might be going on? Thanks!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
I recently upgraded my PC case and CPU cooler and transferred all my components into the new case along with the cooler.
What case were you using before this change?
Although I believe the problem isn't related to the PC case or CPU cooler, it only occurred after moving everything into the new case.
The system could be experiencing a grounding issue. If you need to shut down the system, be careful with parts that might touch the case and affect grounding.

Thank you for your reply!
I initially used Corsair 7000D white for several months until I purchased a desk that was too small.
Before that, I tried an old Be Quiet Pure 500 for three to four weeks prior to using the MSI MPG GUNGNIR 110R White.

Try this approach: disconnect the computer from the power source, press the power button, pause for five seconds, then reconnect and attempt to start. If it works, it could indicate a sleep-related issue.

Yes, adjusting BIOS power configurations to ErP S5 mode during sleep states worked for my Asus TUF B550M after a BIOS update. It would not boot initially but would start if I pressed the reset button on the case or toggled the PSU on and off. Changing it to S5 resolved the issue.

Thank you for your response! I attempted this before but it didn't resolve the issue. Also, after unplugging everything on Friday, I faced the same problem when trying to power on the PC on Monday.

I'm not sure, but I can help you figure it out. You might want to look for signs like unusual noises, flickering lights, or electrical issues that could indicate a grounding problem.

There is a discussion about verifying motherboard grounding... Motherboard Not Grounded? I assembled my first PC just a year ago. Honestly, I wasn’t as prepared as I should have been. During the build, I encountered a problem where the system would only power on if the PSU cable was in a specific position or if I adjusted it slightly. Even though I play many thin PC games, this issue persists... forums.
