Hey everyone, I'm seeking some guidance. It seems typical that booting up takes a bit longer after a cold start. If I haven't used the laptop for over ten hours, it starts slowly, but after just one hour of use I turn it back on and it launches quickly. Also, I'm using an HDD rather than an SSD. I checked the Event Viewer and noticed warnings during cold boots, but I don't see any when I simply shut down and restart. Also, no USB devices are connected when I power it on. My specs are: i3-6100U GT 920MX, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 5400rpm. Could anyone clarify what these warnings mean?

HDDs typically offer lower speeds compared to SSDs.
Average read/write speeds for HDDs range from 40–80 MB/s, while SSDs can reach 500+ MB/s.
This difference impacts how quickly data is accessed and transferred.

I solved my issue, though it seemed unusual. The problem was with the VLC media player causing a very slow startup. The welcome screen took 15 to 30 seconds, but now it's under 5 seconds and the laptop boots quickly after a cold start. I discovered that a 32-bit version of VLC might be responsible, but I couldn't locate it. Instead, I switched to a 64-bit version, which resolved the issue.
