Hi everyone,
I've faced a problem with Snip & Sketch not functioning on certain platforms such as Discord, Opera GX, the new NVIDIA app, or even on desktop. It seems to work after restarting or shutting down, but eventually it stops working. Specifically, I can't use the shortcut (like Win + Shift + S) and it doesn't capture my screen properly.

You may attempt to remove and reinstall the application. The version of Windows you are using is relevant if the problem appeared following an update. Consider reverting to a previous system restore.

Windows 10 unactivated. Is there a chance the system is damaged?
EDIT: App uninstallation failed. Would you like instructions on how to perform a system restore?
EDIT2: The keyboard began behaving oddly, performing unexpected actions that prevented a simple restart. Eventually, I had to power off and turn it back on. My friend suggested this might be due to a corrupted Windows installation—could that be the case?

The command executed returned a message about fixing corrupt files. The repair was successful. For online fixes, the CBS log is available at the specified path. Offline repairs use the provided log file. I really hope this resolves the issue since I'm getting frustrated and unsure what to do next.

Following this, I started playing GTA V after the reset. Although it functioned properly on Discord and Opera GX, it ceased working once I played it in GTA V. It seems the issue likely stems from the game itself... or at least I'm hoping so.

The root cause was GTA V, the unusual and strange behavior led me to think it was responsible for all my other issues. This particular snippet and sketch, along with the keyboard malfunctioning and not keeping up with my input, convinced me it was a firmware problem—after updating it, the keyboard became unusable and now I have to send it in for replacement.
