My internet on my PC occasionally stops or becomes very slow, affecting both Ethernet and WiFi connections. To get it back to normal, I need to reconnect it several times. The problem only happens on my PC, not on other devices. How can I figure out the cause? I've already updated all my internet drivers.

Attempt to start from some live Windows discs such as Hiren boot DVD and observe the performance. Also run Live Linux and compare speeds. If the results are satisfactory, it may indicate an issue with your Windows 10. Consider resetting network settings on Windows. Additionally, use DISM commands to restore system health. The commands provided will not erase personal files. As a final option, you can opt for a reset of Windows, which is akin to a clean install.
