I was capturing the video without any issues. After uploading it to YouTube, the screen experienced frequent freezes. A clear example is available here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=96Y8eGOJ69s How might I resolve this?

It depends on the file and your device. Some media files may cause freezing in a browser player, while others work smoothly in a dedicated media player.
Do you have the newest drivers for your graphics card? Are you running the most recent update of GeForce Experience? Is your GPU being boosted for performance?
It occurred to me before too, particularly in PayDay 2... I still don't understand how it happened, but usually the game skips frames. I usually say it's likely because of writing to HDD, though I'm not sure. Putting it into editing software might cause audio sync issues... that's the biggest problem I face when editing videos.
