You purchased the PC new from a local seller on UNIEURO. It seems an account called "UNIEURO" was already set up. You want to remove it and update its name.
As an administrator, you have the ability to remove the account via the control panel. If you're unable to do this using a standard admin account, switch to the net user admin account. This is the usual method for adjusting permissions, names, and passwords of user accounts.
