Hi everyone, I just finished a new installation and have been monitoring temperatures closely. Today I noticed the sensor labeled "sensor 2" on my NVMe drive is stuck at 59°C, while the other one, "Assembly," is functioning normally. I only see the first sensor in the hardware monitor and tried some other programs to confirm, but they only display the temperature from the first sensor and ignore the second. My drive is a Kingston KC3000 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD on a Gigabyte B650 EAGLE AX motherboard, connected to the Gen5 slot with heat sync. After restarting the PC and disconnecting it from power, it still shows up at 59°C. It was working before this issue started (the build is only three days old). Should I be concerned? Thanks!

Stuck sensors are typically nonfunctional. I tend to be thorough, but I’d look into checking the sensor in HWinfo64 as well. I’m not confident with HWmonitor for any reason.

I verified Kingston's own tools, HWiNFO and CrystalDiskInfo, both display it. Note: It appears in HWInfo as well, though it's labeled as drive temp 3.
