I have a Dell Inspiron 3847 running Windows 10 and I'm having trouble downloading photos from my camera's SD card. The card reader doesn't work at all now, even though it was fine the previous week. Everything else seems to function properly, but I can't access my photos. Could anyone help me figure out what's going on or suggest a solution? I've also tried another SD card without success.

My initial impression is that the port is dirty and has become oxidized over time. Check the port carefully using a flashlight; it appears dusty and filled with dust particles.

I cleaned the port first with contact cleaner but it didn't help. It seems the program is missing. I've checked the files and haven't found anything related to the SD card reader. I also tried the adapter, but my wife's version didn't work either.
